Protective coatings are a must on certain types of finishes. At
McBuffers we offer a wide variety of coatings. All coatings are
sprayed on in a 100% dust free environment and baked to perfection.
Below are a few coatings we offer and where they would be used.
- Standard Lacquer
- The main uses for Standard Lacquer
would be such things as antique brass and silver pieces. It is
also used in
the lighting industry on mirror finish as well as satin.
- Outdoor Lacquer
- The main use for Outdoor Lacquer is for metals
exposed to the environment such as outdoor lighting and architectural
metals such as entrances to buildings and revolving doors. This would
also be used on chromed tailpipes and
fenders. It is necessary where finishes are going to face the
elements for extended periods of time.
- Powder Coat Paint
- This coating offers the most selection of tints and
hues. The colors used are endless. This coating offers the
most protective barrier possible when compared to any of the above.
Powder coating is also available in clear. Powder coating is
exceptional when restoring outdoor furniture.
